The right pillow depends on various factors such as age, sleep position, and personal preference. As a general guide:
Back and stomach sleepers will be most comfortable with the Classic Organic Latex Pillow – Low Loft.
Side sleepers usually prefer the Classic Organic Latex Pillow – Mid Loft.
If you like a little extra, non-intrusive support, try the Contour Organic Latex Pillow. It’s especially helpful for snorers when paired with a Pillow Height Pad.
Children aged 5–9 are best suited to the Junior Organic Latex Pillow.
Toddlers aged 2–4 will be most comfortable with the Toddler Organic Latex Pillow.

Delivery & Returns
Our shipping policy is simple and transparent:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (unless stated otherwise on the product page)
- Standard shipping is free of charge and typically takes 5-7 working days to deliver after dispatch. Express shipping may be available for an extra fee.
- Once an order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
- If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible — changes can only be made before dispatch.

We are able to ship overseas in certain instances. Please reach out to us at support@restorganic.com if you would like to place an order outside Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the US. This will incur a shipping fee. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for orders outside Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the US.

Usage & Care
To properly care for your latex pillow, follow these simple guidelines:
Cleaning
- Remove the zipped outer cover and machine wash it on a gentle cycle.
- Clean the pillow by blotting with a damp towel and mild, unscented detergent — do not soak.
- Press out excess moisture by wrapping the pillow in dry towels.
- Lay flat and air dry completely, away from direct sunlight.
Important notes
- Do not use a washing machine or dryer for the latex pillow.
- Avoid chemical or harsh cleaners.
- Do not leave in direct sunlight.
- If the pillow is heavily soiled all the way through, it should be discarded.
A GOLS certified organic latex pillow can be disposed of responsibly by first removing and recycling or composting the cotton cover where facilities allow. The natural latex core is biodegradable over time and can be taken to a textile recycling centre, soft-furnishings recycler, or disposed of in general waste if no recycling option is available.
Yes, all pillows come with a removable outer cover and an inner cover.
Health & Safety
Yes, organic latex pillows are naturally hypoallergenic. Because they’re made from organic natural latex without synthetic chemicals, they resist dust mites, mold, and common allergens, making them a great choice for people with sensitivities or allergies.
However, if you have had an allergic reaction to natural latex in the past, particularly pillows we would advise avoiding them.
